June 18, 2013 - Haircut Anyone?

As I did another couple haircuts the other day, the kids asked, "Mom, how much money do you think you have saved the family all these years by cutting our hair?" I didn't have a clue so the kids set about tallying a conservative estimate...




Here's what they tallied:
1090 haircuts at on average $11 dollars per haircut.
Saving the family $11,990.
They then went on to discover that on an average of 30 minutes per haircut with set-up and clean-up, I have spent over 30,000 minutes and nearly 24 days cutting hair.
As Jacquie pointed out.... "you could have had a new car!"
To my mom, Carole Ranney, thank you for teaching me to cut hair 32 years ago!
